Table Pundit is a free football table-prediction game. There is no entry fee, no cash prizes, and no betting. It is not gambling. Live tables come from third-party data and can lag or be wrong.

Table Pundit is a free game for fun. Rankings and points are not tips, odds, or betting advice. We don't organise, accept, or settle bets of any kind. Don't use Table Pundit to run or settle bets, including bets between friends. We're not responsible for any bet or dispute between users or anyone else, even if it's based on our rankings. If someone makes a claim against us because of your bet, you cover it.

Scoring, chips, weekly swaps, and entry windows are in Rules, in the header. We may change those rules. The in-app Rules text is the current game. These terms do not repeat the scoring tables.

You sign in with an email login code. Keep the account yours. You can delete it from Account when signed in. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts to stop abuse or to protect the game.

Do not:

• Use offensive or impersonating display names or league names.
• Cheat or exploit bugs to climb the ranking.
• Harass other players.
• Attack the service.
• Scrape or copy rankings, tables, or user data, especially for betting or other commercial products.

Mini-league invite links are for people you mean to invite.

You grant Table Pundit a licence to show your display name, predictions, and league names on the service, including leaderboards and public table pages. You are responsible for that content.

Your display name, points, and predicted table can be seen by anyone with the link. If you have no display name, we show the part of your email before @.

The Table Pundit name, logo, design, and app belong to us. Don't copy or use them without permission.

Club names, badges, and league names belong to their owners and appear only to identify teams. Table Pundit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any league, club, or governing body. Owners can ask us to remove their badge at hello@tablepundit.com.

The service is provided as-is. We can change, pause, or end features, including a season, without promising uptime or that points will never be corrected.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data, or for losses from using the game, ranking disputes, or data or feed mistakes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You must be 16 or older to use Table Pundit.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top is the source. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
